The construction and delivery division. Residential, commercial and specialist work, delivered safely and to programme. Plans are argued over in meetings; they are won or lost on site, which is where this team spends its time.
Holds and grows the portfolio once the dust settles.
Professional investment management for clients — portfolio strategy, risk-managed allocation, and long-term capital preservation. The least dramatic division, and over a long enough horizon probably the most important one.
